Overview

PEAK890系列是PICMG1.3長卡型單板電腦，搭載Intel®第12/13代Core™i9/ i7/ i5/ i3處理器，具有高效能核心和效率核心，可增強物聯網工作負載整合和多任務處理。它配備雙 DDR5 DIMM 插槽, 最高可達 64GB 4800MHz， 帶有 ECC (R680E) 和非 ECC，可實現更快的資料傳輸和更低的電源效率。PEAK890 搭載Q680E/ R680E 晶片, 具有 SATA3.0 和 RAID 0、1、5 和 10，支援資料保護。 此外， Intel® RST 的高階儲存功能採用PCIe Gen4 x4在M.2 (2280) 介面, 可最大限度地提高儲存效能，還具有整合Intel® AMT，可簡化維護，TPM2.0 提升安全性。 PEAK890 W/H610 晶片提供具有成本效益的解決方案。
