五合一物聯網機器人生產線 - 雲端接單雷射雕刻無人化作業
這是一台全自動化雲端接單無人生產線，適合少量多樣的立即生產，並適用智能產線或是學校教學。客戶於訂單系統下訂單後，雲端訂單系統自動指派工單至機器人產線生產系統，由機器人自動完成原子筆雷射雕刻生產流程。此生產線所使用之六軸垂直多關節型機器人、SCARA機器人、 Delta機器人與XYZ構型機械皆採用自行開發之機器人控制系統RCS(Robot Control System)進行控制。RCS內部包含了自行研發的機器人控制器GRC，以及整合了第三方的伺服驅動器與安全電器迴路，能夠支援多家不同廠牌與多款機器手臂。

- 料盤暫存區
- 取料盤送至輸送帶並往下一站移動
- 料盤回流後回收至料盤站存區
