NexAIoT helps Midea's refrigeration equipment to build a smart storage system for its Thailand factory

In order to achieve the goal of providing customers with "high quality, short delivery time and low-cost product service," Midea Group's Midea Refrigeration Equipment and Nexcom Gorup's subsidiary Chongking NexGOL, have cooperated with Malaysia Technical Service Office to build and integrate a robotic electronic finished goods automatic conveying and storage management project and system for its Thailand factory, including nine lines of conveying lines, elevators, and aerial conveyors. All the equipment on site is managed digitally through SCADA and ASRS systems, and the electronic finished goods are sent to the MES and WMS via RFID. The J-Mobile Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) software is added to monitor the production progress and finished product storage management in real-time.

We have been working in the field of smart manufacturing for many years and have rich experience in implementation. Our members come from the elite of automation, robotics, system integration services, equipment manufacturing, industrial computers and other industries. This time, Midea's new plant in Thailand needs to transform and upgrade the production line to an automated warehousing system. It expects to implement a "Minimally Manned Factory" in response to labor shortages or epidemics that affect production capacity, while at the same time achieving higher performance and optimal use of the land area. The J-Mobile Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) software is added to monitor the production progress and finished product storage management in real-time.
The subsidiary in Malaysia not only has the ability to integrate OT and MES systems but also can cooperate with the government and the Electrical and Electronics Association to help enterprises go southward and assist overseas Taiwanese companies in upgrading projects, providing more comprehensive Industry 4.0 services locally.
